INTERCULTURAL COMPETENCES TRAININGS

traditions, cuisine, customs, music.. this is just the top of ice berg… if we spent longer time abroad we realised how much is still under the water, we keep on discovering unwritten rools which define everyday lifes of communities.. how can you best prepare yourself for meeting with different culture in order to avoid paintful crash with an icebearg?

Aim: preparation of people going for internships, scholarships to different countries for meeting with different culture..
workshops for international students comming to Wroclaw which anable them to better deal with intercultural differences

Target group: students, pupils, employees both those who plan to go abroad and those who come from different countries and are planing to spent longer time in Poland

Time and space: We run “intercultural preparation” both as 2-3 hour workshops as well as 1 – 2 days trainings. Place and detailed agenda is always adjusted to the needs of participants.

We developed good practice of connecting intercultural preparation with worskhop on planing individual development. Due to that people going to spent time abroad within scholarship or intership are better prepared to spent this time effectively, reflect in advance which competences, skills.
